Described as “a performer of powerful and unique charm”, she completed a Bachelors degree in singing at DIT Conservatory of Music Dublin, and a Masters Degree at the Royal Academy of Music, London.

Anna-Louise began her career in the UK singing ZIRPHILE Achante et Céphise (Bloomsbury Theatre, London), DINAH Trouble in Tahiti (The Little Opera Company), VENUS Orpheus in the Underworld (Opera’r Ddraig, Cardiff), and SMETON Anna Bolena (Opera Seria, Manchester and London).

Since relocating to Germany, operatic highlights include the title roles of CARMEN (Ernst-Deutsch Theater, Hamburg), LA CENERENTOLA (Pasinger Fabrik, Munich) HÄNSEL Hänsel und Gretel (Sonnentor Theaterfestival Bückeburg), and débuting the roles of SESTO La clemenza di Tito, CHERUBINO Le nozze di Figaro, DER KOMPONIST Ariadne auf Naxos, (Pfefferberg Theater), FRICKA and WALTRAUTE Die Walküre (Orlando Jopling WOW Orchestra, London), and MAD MARGARET Ruddigore (Berlin Gilbert & Sullivan Singers).

Notable concert soloist performances include BEETHOVEN 9. Symphony (Symphonische Orchester München-Andechs), MOZART Mass in Cminor (St. Martin-in-the-Fields,

London), BACH Christmas Oratorio (Junge Philharmonie Berlin), HÄNDEL Messiah (Mayo Concert Orchestra), and as featured soloist for the Thomas Moore Commemorative Festival (National Concert Hall, Dublin).

Upcoming projects include GIOVANNA SEYMOUR Anna Bolena, the title role in IOLANTHE (Berlin Gilbert & Sullivan Singers), and a tour of her cabaret show A Woman of Negotiable Value.
